November 2005 Tailgate

(I'm sorry group, these were the only pictures I took... and they just so happen to have our newest SPUDD in every one!! Sorry!)

The Wilsons and the Darby's hosted a great SPUDDS tailgate for the Florida/USC game! James and Elizabeth even headed out to the tailgate to meet up with everyone!

Scavenger Hunt & Mexican Fiesta September 2005

The Renders hosted this one solo so that everyone could participate in the fun! We met at the Gamecock Bi-Lo and broke into groups, then we were handed our first clue and took off! The hunt took us to the bookstore on USC's campus, the State House, where Chris took this picture of each group, the Godwins, where the second person won a bottle of wine, the Hampton Crest clubhouse, the Pfrommers, where we had to sing a tv show theme song for a video camera, and then finally to the Renders! The winners won a gift certificate to Blockbuster and to Marble Slab Creamery! Chappell, Lisa (san Trey who was working), and Chappell were the first to arrive!

Back at the Renders, we had chicken or beef enchiladas, salad, and cornbread. No one seemed to mind the boxes and other stuff since the Renders had just moved in the weekend prior to the party!

Key West 2005

In June 2005, a few of us traveled to Key West for about four days. We rented a house a block of Duval Street which was the perfect location! Our house had a small pool in the back yard, too bad the mosquitos were enjoying it as well! The first night the sunset was beautiful and we enjoyed great typical Key West weather!
We took a Conch Tour of the city one afternoon and walked all up and down Duval Street!
After a long walk and a little rain, we ducked into Sloppy Joes Bar for a few drinks and to watch a comedian!

The last night we were there, the sunset was even more beautiful than we could have imagined! We were so lucky after a few dreary days to get to see such a sight! We enjoyed a taste of key lime pie while we were there too!
The girls, our last night! We had such a blast!
Sunday, the three of us with our husbands, ate at Blue Heaven, a great restaurant downtown. The brunch was wonderful! Cory had to catch an early flight back to Columbia!

July Cook Out

Normally we don't meet for supper club during the summer, but at the end of July we decided to have a cookout at the Hampton Crest clubhouse. It was a pretty casual affair, but it was a good chance to catch up!

Wildhill Weekend 2005

A group of us headed down to Beaufort to stay the Fordham's River house for a long weekend. I'm not sure who had more fun, the people or the dogs! The weather was a little dreary, but we still managed to make the most of it!
We did a little crabbing and fishing off the dock, but I don't think anyone caught anything!
We took a boat ride to the sandbar and spent the afternoon floating in the river!

Progressive Supper April 2005

This is the only picture I have from our April supper club... however, it turned out to be pretty funny! First we ate appetizers at Cory's house, then we headed over to Meg & Steve's for a salad. Afterwards, we went to Chappell and Marty's for the main course and we were suppose to go to the Renders for dessert, but they had just had a yard sale that morning and the house was a wreck. It was fun going around to everyone's houses, as you can see by this picture! Posted by Picasa
